Managed Support Contract
As our highest level of support, a managed support contract provides complete IT Management for your business. From workstations, virtual and physical servers, onsite and cloud backups, network access points and end points, and more, we cover it all. So while we're busy taking care of things, you can focus on what's important; running your business.
Network Support Contract
A network support contract includes the monitoring services of both servers and workstations, proactive support and management of your servers, and complete support for your network infrastructure. User's internet, printer, and other network connections are all supported on this contract. Our technicians take proactive action to ensure that your office is operating as smoothly as possible. Services include:
- Network management
- Network printers and devices
- File management
- Network administration
- Regular server health maintenance
- Disaster recovery
- Backup maintenance and testing
- Workstation and sever monitoring
With the monitoring only service our support team will contact you if/as issues arise with recommendations on how to best proceed. Weekly reports from our monitoring software are sent directly to our clients so that they remain up to date on the health of their machines.
